Combining 20+ years of experience working with some of the most notable law firms and educational programs both domestically and in the international theater with multiple degrees and honors from some of the world’s most prestigious educational institutions, Sushma Sharma is positioned to help people and companies navigate where they want to go. 

As CEO & Chief Strategist of Core Clarity Consulting, Sharma utilizes the unique experience she has gained as an attorney with Shearman & Sterling LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, head of professional legal education programs, entrepreneur, and board advisor, to bring structure during chaos to clients of Core Clarity Consulting. 

Sharma earned a Masters of Laws (L.L.M.) from Columbia Law School where she was Human Rights Scholar; Master of Laws (B.C.L.) from Oxford University where she was Radhakrishnan British Chevening Scholar; and, Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from University of Delhi – Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law.  In April 2023 Sharma earned a Corporate Governance: Maximize Your Effectiveness in the Boardroom Certificate from University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Aresty Institute of Executive Education. 

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and highly esteemed Research Consultant Dr. Suchday utilizes her expertise in establishing and enhancing human capital management programs that deliver results. She has embraced diversity in every aspect of her life, research, education, and leadership. Dr. Suchday is the former chair of the US National Committee on Psychological Sciences at the National Academy of Sciences and is a representative of the International Union of Psychological Sciences to the United Nations. She is also the former founding Co-Director of the Institute of Public Health Sciences at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Dr. Suchday earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from West Virginia University as well as a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Connecticut College. She is the Founding Director of Ashram On Park Consulting and is a Chair and Professor of Pace University. 

Dr. Suchday utilizes her extensive experience in building international educational and research programs and international partnerships to help clients of Core Clarity Consulting navigate the important pillars of Leadership Excellence and Human Resources. 

Aasma Khan is an accomplished international attorney and general corporate counsel who has been a trusted advisor to some of the largest private shareholders in the MENA region.  Khan has a successful track record of positioning multibillion-dollar companies for success in global markets through strategic planning, asset management, and good governance. Most recently, Khan headed legal strategy as Chief Legal Officer of Gemstone Real Estate Development, one of the largest property development companies in the Gulf. She was named as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in the Middle East by Legal 500 four times between 2015-2019 and also recognized by Legal Era Magazine.

Khan earned a Certificate of International Law from Columbia Law School; Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology; and, Bachelor of Arts, International Relations from University of Chicago.  She is a Member in good standing of the New York Bar. 

Khan utilizes her expertise to help clients of Core Clarity Consulting navigate the complexities of Legal Structure and Advisory, from identifying and establishing legal teams to performing transaction advisory and diligence. 

Patel is an executive-level strategy expert with extensive business experience, large-scale project and program management expertise, and a successful consulting background. Patel partners with top C-suite leaders and senior executives to develop, build, and define their strategic visions.  Patel has worked with large, global fashion brands such as Esteē Lauder Companies, Festo, Under Armour, LVMH, PVH, and McKesson. 

Patel earned a Master of Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard University and MBA in Marketing, International Business, Finance, and Economics from University of South Florida. 

Patel leverages his experience to assist clients of Core Clarity Consulting in formulating strategic initiatives and developing plans to accomplish goals. 

Tommi Juusela is passionate about helping companies transform and renew themselves. His business experience includes senior global and regional leadership positions in strategy, sales, marketing, technology policy, operations and M&A at Nokia and Neste - the latter is the world's largest manufacturer of renewable diesel made out of waste. Currently, Juusela serves on the boards of several publicly traded and family-owned companies, while also being an angel investor in new exciting businesses. He has a special interest in helping companies take meaningful action toward environmental sustainability and climate change prevention and awareness.

Juusela is Vice-Chair of The John Nurminen Foundation, one of the most influential actors in cleaning up the polluted Baltic Sea. In addition, he regularly conducts expeditions to Arctic regions to study the impacts of climate change on nature and native cultures. Juusela started his career as a Wall Street and London City M&A lawyer. 

Juusela earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School and Master of Law from University of Helsinki. Juusela also has Diploma in Management from IMD in Switzerland.

Fully trained and qualified as a Swiss and American lawyer, Laurence advises international clients on matters involving Swiss law and international arbitration. Her experience spans from the intricacies of opening a business in Switzerland to representing clients before Swiss courts and international tribunals. She draws her clientele from a wide variety of economic fields such as banking and finance, oil and gas, defense, information technology, sports, telecoms, construction, pharmaceuticals, shipping and the food and beverage industry.

Laurence studied law in Fribourg, Switzerland, and graduated cum laude with a bilingual (French/German) law degree.  After passing the bar exam in Geneva, Laurence obtained a DESS on Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University Paris II-Assas. She then fully immersed herself in the common law obtaining a JD and a LLM degree from Columbia University School of Law. 

Commanding over 25 years in the legal arena, Poonam Gupta has established herself as a leading force in immigration law, bolstered by expertise in Litigation and Intellectual Property. Her unmatched grasp of immigration intricacies makes her the go-to resource for navigating the complexities of U.S. visas and ensuring compliance.

Gupta architects ingenious strategies for startups and businesses across diverse sectors, leveraging experience gleaned at powerhouses like White & Case LLP and Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. She adeptly guides clients through talent acquisition, retention, policy development, and M&A risks. A dedicated educator, Gupta actively participates in bar associations, staying at the forefront to deliver comprehensive counsel.
